NO HASSLE NO QUESTION RETURN POLICY
Online purchases may be returned online (except non-member). Online returns must be requested within 7 days of shipment date and items must be received back to our location within 14 days of or shipment date. Items received after 14 days cannot be returned. Those items are eligible for consignment or will be returned to the client.
To request a return online:
- Go to Returns Page and simply click on the Easy Returns Box at the bottom of the page to return your item.
- Follow the process to fill out all necessary information associated with your return. Once this is complete, you will see a confirmation screen with your Return number.
- You will receive a return request confirmation email with a summary of your request, instructions for sending your return and a prepaid shipping label which you can use. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided to complete your return.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Handbags and luggage items sold at 40% or more off the list price, and FINAL SALE, cannot be returned.
All other items may be returned for a credit on our site , you can use the credit to purchase another item of your liking.
All items that cannot be returned can be consigned on our site.
We recognize that returns are important to all of our clients. However, where we determine in our sole discretion that a client is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we have the right to restrict or refuse that client’s access to Purchasing from our site.
You will receive an email once your return has been received. Please allow 48-72 hours for authentication and processing. If you signed up for an account with Trade My Bag you can track the status of all of your returns by signing into My Account Return you created when you initiated the return from our site. Once completed, we will refund you for your purchase as described in our Policy on how refunds are issued. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five to seven business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
Refunds are issued in the form of site credit at Trade My Bag, you can use that credit to purchase any items on our site, if there is a refund due for an issue of Authenticity , the refund will be issued to the card you made payment with or with other payment option you may have used after we have had the item checked by our professional team .
Note: For any purchases made using promotional new account site credit, that portion of the purchase will still be applied to your next purchase, subject to the original terms and conditions.
